For every five hours (online or off) you leave a Crusader active in your formation, they will receive a 100% boost. XP is another way to boost a Crusader's DPS. If you get any duplicate equipment for a Crusader, it gets changed into a 25% permanent Enchantment boost in that Crusader's DPS. Additionally, you the player can get equipment as well, such as rings and amulets for the same purpose. How about Equipment and XP, what do those do?Įach Crusader has three pieces of equipment to be unlocked, that give some kind of boost to them or the party. While that doesn't seem like much at low numbers, when you have a dozen boosts and high DPS, even a 10% can make a huge impact on your total. So for example, if you had 100 DPS, and you added two separate 50% boosts, you would not be doing 200 DPS (100+(100% boost)). I'll touch on this later, but all boosts stack on each other. So if a Crusader buffs the party by 10%, if that one is in your front position and dies first, you lose that 10% boost as soon as they fall. Certain skills can heal Crusaders, and once a Crusader dies, their abilities and boosts to the party stop being active. Also, should all your party die, you'll simply be pushed to the previous area.

I've unlocked the Tier 2 in the Talent Tree and to complete the Teacher's Pet scenario, I need to get to level 700.This is a guide and FAQ of sorts for Crusaders of the Lost Idols. I'd probably need to up my DPS by a factor of 10^6 to 10^9 to start making a dent in their health bars. I've let the game run for a while so that I can increase my XP levels as well as use as many Storm Rider abilities to buff my DPS, but at these levels, the monster's HP is many magnitudes higher than my DPS. Without her Firestorm ability, I'm back to relying on DPS and this is where I hit a wall. However, in one of the scenarios (Teacher's Pet), she is not available on some levels as she is 'polymorphed' into a frog. It can be a bit tedious, but it gets the job done. Normally I use the Firestorm ability (Princess) to wipe out 50% of the monster's health and just rinse and repeat until I wipe the monsters. I start to hit the limit around level 650. That said, I'm now hitting the limits of the items that I have and I'm not doing sufficient DPS. I've been able to get a lot further in the game.
